THE CHALLENGES
1. Provide a user-friendly digital platform that enables members to easily access and manage their healthcare needs remotely, ensuring services are available 24/7 from any location.
2. Design an intuitive and reliable communication system within the app that facilitates seamless interaction between patients and healthcare providers, without compromising privacy or overwhelming users.

HOW DOES THE CARE HEALTH APP WORK?
The CareHealth application allows medical services to be carried out online and offline simultaneously.

A patient must register, create a profile, and submit a thorough description of their symptoms in order to receive care from a doctor online.

For on-demand doctor visits, doctors must register a profile, disclose their years of experience or areas of specialization, biography, location and reception hours.
